Use cases

Convena for webinar organizers

Convena gives webinar organizers a registration page and emails drafted from one sentence. The meeting link is shown only to registered attendees, in their confirmation, reminders and their own page. Reminders go a day and an hour before, a follow-up carries a feedback survey, and every email waits for your approval.

What you get for each webinar

  • A branded registration page with the start time in the event's time zone, and in each visitor's own time.
  • Your own registration questions, such as company or what to cover.
  • A confirmation with a calendar file, a reminder a day before and another an hour before, and a follow-up with a two-question survey.
  • A meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or any other) that never appears on the public page.

Running a series

Save your first webinar as a template. The next one starts from it, with its page, questions, agenda and emails, and only the date to change. Invitations go to past attendees who ticked the box to hear about future events, and each person's history across your webinars is on their contact page.

What Convena doesn't do

  • It doesn't host the video: you use your own meeting tool and paste its link.
  • It has no API connection to Zoom or Google Meet, so attendance comes from your check-in list, not the meeting tool.

Questions

Can I charge for a webinar?

Yes. Add a paid ticket and connect your own Stripe account; attendees pay you directly and only those who paid get the meeting link.
